After you obtained and installed the required segment for the Foundry, you are one step closer to removing the Ascaris that Vor attached to your Warframe.
The only problem now is that the resources are missing, and you will need to head over to a Corpus facility to get the resources you need.
There are certain caches that the Corpus holds in the facility which you should be able to take to craft the Ascaris Negator.
How To Get Raid the Corpus Resource Caches Mission?
After completing Locate the Foundry Segment mission and having activated your Foundry, you will be able to start the Raid the Corpus Resource Caches mission.
The Raid the Corpus Resource Caches mission is the fourth mission you will do when completing the Vor’s Prize quest.
Raid the Corpus Resource Caches Mission Walkthrough
1) Recover All Caches
The mission begins with you outside of the Corpus facility and you will immediately see that 3 waypoints mark the location of the caches.
You will need to head over to each cache and open them to take the resources within, which will be used later to build the Ascaris Negator.
Proceed first by heading to the closest waypoint and once you reach the cache you will be able to open it but there will be Corpus enemies guarding it.
Once you have reached each cache, you simply need to interact with them to take the resources that are contained within.
The caches will appear as normal lockers, but their light will be colored white instead of the normal blue that the Corpus usually has.
You will need to access all 3 of the caches in the current map to proceed before you can extract from the mission.
2) Get To Extraction
After you have taken the resources from all 3 Corpus Resource Caches, you can begin making your way to the extraction point.
By this time, you will be encountering more Corpus enemies who will attack you on your way to the marked location.
Once you reach the extraction point, you will be able to escape and will be brought back to your Orbiter, concluding the mission.

Aside from the other resources that you may have picked up during the mission, you will have all the materials needed to craft the Ascaris Negator.

Finally, you have everything that you need to build the Ascaris Negator and will be able to remove the Ascaris that Vor attached to you.
Once you reach the Orbiter, it will be time to craft the countermeasure device and use it to rid yourself before things get worse.
While this may be a crucial step, there may be more issues coming as it is unsure what else Vor has up his sleeve.
