2) Cetus bounties during the Ghoul Purge event also provide a chance to obtain Nitain Extract.
3) Resource Cache rewards for certain exterminate and Sabotage missions may provide you with the chance to obtain Nitain Extract as well.

1) Nightwave Offerings

From time to time there will be events that are made to help players out. One of these events is the Gift of the Lotus, wherein players may receive rewards for completing missions. Nitain Extract can be rewarded in one of the Gift of the Lotus missions or random alerts.
Such missions may only be done once and no more Nitain Extract will be received after completing it the missions once.
3) Ghoul Purge Bounties
There will be an event called Ghoul Purge from time to time which offers a different set of bounties which players may do. Among the set of rewards, there is a chance to get Nitain Extract.
